This all levels class is a space where each practice is a step towards deeper empowerment and embodiment. In these classes, you can expect slow, alignment-focused sequences designed for safety, stability, and the longevity of your practice. As we journey through each pose, we’ll take moments for mindful rest and self-awareness, exploring how the practice resonates within you. This reflection is key to embodying the principles of yoga beyond the mat, allowing you to integrate these experiences into your daily life for personal expansion and inspiration.

Utilizing props, we create space in the body, offering support and accommodation for injuries and physical limitations. This ensures that the practice is inclusive and adaptable, embodying the principle that yoga is for every body.

Each session is infused with a theme that weaves together yogic philosophy, the chakra energy system, and lunar/planetary/astrological influences. This integration allows us to bring basic spiritual principles into our daily lives, fostering a sense of connection, empowerment, and inspiration.

To enhance and amplify the restorative qualities of your practice, each class concludes with a mini sound bath during Savasana, deepening your relaxation and integration of the session's benefits.
