A Community Sound Offering
Pure Resonance is a monthly community offering at Elaruna Sanctuary with owner Surreina Gerbman—a space to arrive, settle, and receive the restorative power of sound.
Simple. Grounded. Deeply nourishing.
This offering is designed to be accessible to all—whether you are brand new to sound or have experienced its benefits before. There is nothing you need to know, nothing you need to do… only a gentle willingness to arrive and listen.
You are invited to arrive a few minutes early and prepare yourself in whatever way feels most supportive.
This may include:
Applying essential oils
Pulling an oracle card
Gentle stretching or quiet reflection
Simply settling into stillness
We begin promptly, entering directly into the sound experience.
You’ll be guided through a few moments of connecting with the breath and body—an invitation to soften, release the thinking mind, and drop into a state of presence and receptivity.
From there, you’ll be immersed in 45 minutes of sound.
Within the intimate space of Elaruna, each participant will have the opportunity to receive sound played directly over the body at some point during the session. This allows the frequencies to be felt more deeply—supporting the release of tension, calming the nervous system, and inviting the body into a natural state of balance and ease.
The final 15 minutes are reserved for gentle integration—allowing the body to awaken slowly, with space for optional sharing or questions.
You are warmly invited to stay for a few moments after the session.
Tea will be available, along with space to connect, reflect, or simply enjoy the quiet presence of community. These blends are thoughtfully selected to support relaxation, hydration, and a smooth transition into rest and deep, replenishing sleep.
I would truly love to connect with you.
