Bhakti Yoga is known as the path of devotion — a spiritual practice that awakens the heart through mantra, music, meditation, and loving connection with the Divine. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, Bhakti invites us to experience spirituality not as effort or discipline alone, but as a natural expression of love, gratitude, and inner remembrance.

This immersive gathering begins with Kirtan chanting and mindfulness practices, creating a space of presence, peace, and inner connection. Participants are then guided through a meditation accompanied by uplifting Kirtan music, helping to quiet the mind while deepening the heart’s openness and receptivity.

During the class, Monk Premahansa will introduce the foundational principles of Bhakti Yoga in a devotional and accessible way, offering guidance on how to create a personalized daily devotional practice that flows naturally within modern life. The intention is to cultivate a continual sense of connection with the Divine — effortless, natural, and present throughout the day.

Drawing from both ancient spiritual teachings and his background in psychology, Premahansa shares insights into how devotional practices can support healing, emotional well-being, and personal empowerment, bridging timeless yogic wisdom with modern understanding of the mind and heart.

The class concludes with time for questions and conversation, and any remaining time will be filled with more uplifting Kirtan music.

This offering is donation-based and open to all levels of experience. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established spiritual practice, you are warmly welcome.
