The Portal is a monthly guided meditation and sound journey held at Elaruna Sanctuary, created as a space for deep inner exploration and energetic recalibration.

Rooted in the dance between shadow and light, each session invites you to gently journey inward—exploring the unseen layers of self, releasing what no longer serves, and reconnecting with your inner clarity and power.

We begin by opening the space and setting intention, followed by a guided meditation designed to lead you into your inner landscape—the “portal” within. From this place, you’ll be held in a deeply immersive sound bath infused with Reiki energy, allowing the body and nervous system to soften, integrate, and restore.

Each month carries a unique energetic theme, aligning with current cosmic and seasonal shifts, offering you a new doorway into your healing and evolution.
