Location: Wildwood Park, Thousand Oaks, CA

No charge | Registration required
We will meet in the parking lot at the end of Avenida de Los Arboles
Join me for a relaxed friends hike and gathering at Wildwood Park — a place very dear to my heart. We’ll walk together, connect with the flowing waters, and make our way into the Sacred Oak Grove for a casual picnic, sharing circle, and time to simply be.
This gathering is offered with no charge — it’s just a chance for me to spend time with as many friends and community members as possible, grounded in nature and presence.
I can't imagine a sweeter way to close this California visit than spending a morning together in nature before I fly back to Chattanooga that evening.
I’ll arrive around 7:45 AM
We’ll begin gathering and plan to start by 8:00 AM
Please try to arrive on time
If you’re running late, just text me at 805-428-0731 and we’ll wait for you
We’ll hike into the Oak Grove, settle in for a picnic, share time together in circle and one-on-one connection, and then hike back out.
Please plan for approx 3 hours - perhaps a little more in case we decide to move slow and spend more time with the beautiful Grandmother Oak Trees.
I’ll likely bring some oracle cards and a small offering to bless the land, trees, and waters — a moment of connection and reciprocity with this beautiful place.
Comfortable hiking shoes with good grip
Warm layers you can add or remove as the temperature shifts
A light snack for yourself (and possibly to share)
A journal & pen if you’d like to write or reflect
A light towel or cloth to sit on during picnic & circle time
An umbrella or rain jacket - just in case.
This is a moderate-level hike
There are some steeper hills, so please dress and prepare accordingly
If there is heavy rain, we’ll cancel.
If it’s lightly drizzly or sprinkling, we’ll still move forward.
Let’s all say a little prayer for perfect California weather ☀️
I truly can’t wait to walk, laugh, share, and soak in this time together.
Thank you for being part of my journey — I hope you’ll join us.
