Join me for a nourishing evening of yin yoga and sound healing, offered in partnership with ReGen Yoga. This special gathering will be held outdoors, beneath the trees, where nature itself becomes part of the practice.

Together we’ll slow down, release tension, and restore balance as we root into the grounding energy of the earth and open to renewal. Through gentle yin postures, breath awareness, and a deeply immersive sound bath, this practice will help soften the body, settle the nervous system, and create space for harmony and ease to return.

I’m so grateful to be returning to this community where I’ve shared sacred gatherings before, and I look forward to reconnecting with familiar faces and welcoming new ones.
