Join us for a nourishing community experience in the spacious tea lounge and plant bar area of Asheville Dispensary. This monthly gathering invites you to relax, connect, and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound and Reiki. Together, we’ll calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and cultivate a shared sense of presence.

As part of the experience, you’ll receive:
✨ An immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies
✨ Gentle hands-on Reiki from Surreina’s Reiki Practitioner Training graduates
✨ Essential oils to enhance relaxation
✨ Oracle cards for intuitive guidance
✨ Astrological insight to inspire intention

Who Can Join

This gathering is open to everyone! Whether you are brand new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find a welcoming space to explore the healing powers of sound and Reiki in community.

Event Details

📍 Location: Asheville Dispensary, Chattanooga — Tea Lounge & Plant Bar
💸 Cost: Donation-based. Give what you can to help support these offerings and the Reiki assistants who volunteer their time and energy. Every contribution helps sustain this community experience.
🚗 Parking: Free parking available across the street near Mean Mug; paid lot available next to the Dispensary.
🪑 Spaces: First-come, first-served. Arrive early to secure a couch or chair.

What to Bring for Comfort

The event takes place in a public tea lounge (not a private studio). Expect ambient sounds from customers, tea service, and street traffic, which we’ll soften with grounding practices at the start. To make yourself comfortable, bring:

• A yoga mat (or 2 for extra padding) or thick mat for lying down
• At least 2 blankets: one for under your body and one for warmth
• An eye covering for deeper relaxation
• Earplugs if you’re sound-sensitive
• Your open heart and willingness to receive
  

What to Expect

We’ll begin with grounding and centering meditations to shift inward, releasing distractions and preparing to receive. The healing sounds and Reiki energy will guide you into a state of renewal, balance, and deep rest.

Guided by Experience

Led by Surreina Gerbman, an experienced guide with over 25 years of leading healing immersions. As a Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Healing Practitioner & Trainer, Surreina weaves sound, Reiki, and community connection into a space where body, mind, and spirit can receive, reset, and reconnect.

Cancellation Policy

A 48-hour cancellation policy applies for this event.

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event will receive full credit toward any of Surreina’s future events or private offerings.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
• In the event of an emergency, credit will be issued that can be used toward any of Surreina’s future events or private offerings.
