60-Minute Sound Medicine Immersion

Pure Resonance is an invitation to step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and into an hour devoted entirely to sound, stillness, and deep receiving.

Each monthly immersion begins with a brief reflection inspired by an aspect of sound and resonance as medicine. Surreina weaves a touch of the science of sound with an invitation into felt experience—offering a simple doorway for understanding how vibration, rhythm, frequency, and resonance can influence the body, mind, and nervous system.

As the reflection unfolds, the sound begins.

From there, words gradually fall away and you are invited to rest comfortably as layers of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, drums, and other resonant instruments create an immersive field of vibration around and through you.

Rather than needing to do anything, Pure Resonance invites you to listen, feel, and receive. Repetitive rhythms and sustained tones can offer the mind something steady to rest upon, while vibration creates an opportunity to soften muscular holding, deepen body awareness, settle the nervous system, and move toward states of meditation and profound rest.

Each month offers a different lens through which to explore the medicine of sound—followed by spacious time to experience that principle for yourself.

What to Expect

✧ Opening Reflection
A brief exploration of one aspect of sound, vibration, or resonance as medicine—bridging a touch of science with embodied awareness and felt experience.

✧ 50–60 Minute Sound Immersion
Rest in Savasana as you are surrounded by an evolving landscape of resonant instruments, vibration, rhythm, spaciousness, and silence.

✧ Integration
Quiet time at the close of the journey to notice, receive, and allow the experience to settle before returning to the rest of your evening.

Parking is available in the gravel lot next door.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
We begin on time, and the space is held with intention from the very first moments.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate nature of this offering and limited space, we kindly ask that you honor your registration:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive account credit to be used toward any future offering

• Late cancellations (within 48 hours) and no-shows will forfeit payment or class credit

• If you must cancel within the 48-hour window and your spot is filled from the waitlist, credit may be issued

This allows us to open space for others and maintain the integrity of the experience for all.
