What To Expect: A deeply relaxing, healing, and rejuvenating hour of self-care, self-awareness, and creative empowerment. Our meditation journey will be infused with a specific theme, connected to the lunar cycles, astrological wisdom, and seasonal events to support your positive intentions for all that we want to embody in your life.

​We begin with breath connection to let go of the day and relax the body and mind. We continue into a hypnosis style guided visualization for healing, empowerment, and spiritual guidance. The journey is accompanied by a Reiki infused sound bath for clearing blocked energy and integrating higher frequencies of Light. We end the journey by grounding back into the body in the present moment and sealing in all of the positive experiences.

​HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE MEDITATION

• ​Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you can rest.
• Turn off all distractions and place cell phones on silence.
• Take 5-10 minutes to stretch and prepare your body for the meditation.
• Listen with headphones for optimal sound immersion.
• Journal your experiences after the meditation to anchor wisdom and guidance received.
• Hydrate well before and after the practice - water is a conductor of energy and will support your body in releasing negative energy while integrating the positive healing energy from the sound instruments.
• For themes that resonate and feel supportive, repeat the practice more than once a week to increase the benefits.
