Preparation & Aftercare

• Arrive with a clear intention, or we'll tune in together at the start.

• Hydrate well before and after for maximum benefits.

• For sessions that include Soulful Replenishment, please shower and avoid applying strong scented lotions or perfume.

• Journal post-session to anchor insights and deepen personal reflection.

• Spend time in nature within 24 hours post-session for grounding.

• No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.

• In event of an emergency, account credit may be given for cancellations 24-48 hours - please submit written request via text or email.

• Full amount charged for cancellations within 24 hours, or no shows.
